RETURNS

Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Orders placed over the phone, in person, or via email are subject to the same refund policies as stated below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned including, rifles, receivers, handguns, and Title II firearms (suppressors, SBRs, SBS, etc..). Perishable goods like ammo, and various small parts are not accepted returns. We also do not accept products that are hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Once Title I and Title II firearms are shipped they are no longer eligible for refunds. All firearms are shipped with tracking and insurance and if an item is delivered in a condition needing a refund it will be handled through the shipping insurance.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • NFA Items (Title 2 Firearms)
  • Firearms (Title 1)

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any deposit placed is non-refundable
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at fuckit@portsidemunitions.com

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at fuckit@portsidemunitions.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

 

 

Shipping Policy
To return your product, you should email fuckit@portsidemunitions.com for shipping information.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

ALL FIREARMS MUST BE SHIPPED TO A VALID FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER (FFL)

Portside Munitions complies with all federal, state, and local laws that restrict the sale and transfer of firearms, magazine feeding devices, ammo, and other prohibited products.  The following is a list of restrictions that will include, in some cases policies set forth by Portside Munitions.

It is YOUR responsibility to know your local and state laws which may prohibit or restrict your ability to purchase certain products that Portside Munitions offers for sale.

Under the Gun Control Act (GCA), shotguns and rifles, and ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 18 years of age or older.  All firearms other than shotguns and rifles, and all ammunition other than ammunition for shotguns or rifles may be sold only to individuals 21 years of age or older.

Not applicable for California (unless Law Enforcement) or Massachusetts.

Alaska
No ammunition or primer shipments.

Colorado
No mags over 15 rounds.

Connecticut
No mags over 10 rounds.
Certain firearms may be restricted.

Hawaii
No pistol mags over 10 rounds.

No ammunition or primer shipments.

Illinois
Cook County (all cities): No guns, no mags.

Maryland
Handguns must be on the Maryland Approved Handgun List.

No mags over 10 rounds.

New Jersey
No mags over 15 rounds.
Certain semi-auto firearms may be restricted.

Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card: A current, valid, & completely legible New Jersey Firearms/Ammunition Identification Card must accompany ammunition orders for first time. Firearms/Ammunition ID card can be submitted by email.

New York
Only shipped to locations approved by state and local law.

No mags over 10 rounds.

All online ammunition sales must be shipped to a licensed dealer.  Internet sales of ammunition are allowed, but the ammunition will have to be shipped to a FFL licensed dealer in New York state for pickup.

Washington, DC
No guns.
No mags over 10 rounds.

Portside Munitions does not ship to APO or PO Boxes.

We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carriers that may be used are U.S. Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) or FedEx. If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
