Single shot pistols are exempt from CA Handgun Roster.

ANY BRAND NEW, UNREGISTERED, LOWER CAN BE CONVERTED AND MANUFACTURED INTO A SINGLE SHOT AR PISTOL. 

-You can send in a factory new lower receiver for us to manufacture into a Single Shot AR Pistol. 

-Lower must be accompanied with the necessary components to build out during time of manufacturing. You can provide your own or we can supply it at an additional cost.
